Nagarro in Paris is seeking a Technical Lead to provide architecture and team leadership for an embedded GenAI services squad, spanning multiple consumer touchpoints.

You will own orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs, while aligning with Google/OpenAI/Vertex AI ecosystems and ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility. Hybrid Paris work model with 3 days onsite. This role requires strong AI/ML, computer vision experience, and enterprise-grade delivery across cross-functional teams.

• Deep expertise in agent orchestration, MCP, A2A integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision.
• Experience building and running productised GenAI services.

Responsabilités

• Lead large, distributed engineering teams in delivering production‑grade GenAI services.
• Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Navigate and leverage existing ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams, leveraging a strong AI/ML and computer vision culture to make the right architectural bets.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical constraints, including GCP cloud architecture, Google ADK/Vertex AI, security, and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Partner with internal engineers through pair programming and knowledge transfer to support internalisation in 2027.

Context & Mission

As the Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building with a set of reusable and interoperable AI agents spanning multiple consumer touchpoints (owned sites, chatbots, ChatGPT, and retailer apps). You will drive technical architecture, agent orchestration, and seamless integration across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, and knowledge graphs.
• Navigate and leverage existing ecosystem (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Salesforce).
