Supermicro seeks an Enablement Product Manager to lead strategic product management and hands-on presales support for AI and GPU server portfolios across EMEA. You will align with local Sales, develop tailored solutions, and drive go-to-market plans while shaping product roadmaps for high-performance AI infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales to ensure successful launches, customer adoption, and compelling enablement materials.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Product Marketing in AI infra/HPC.
Bachelor’s in CS/EE/IT; MBA is a plus.
Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and AI frameworks (CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience in presales activities: requirements gathering, RFQ/RFP responses, and technical presentations.
Proven ability to define product roadmaps and drive cross-functional execution.
Excellent English communication; French/German a plus for EMEA focus.

Responsabilités

Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for GPU server platforms and AI infrastructure.
Collaborate with engineering, hardware design, software, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
Engage with sales to support RFQs and customer adoption of AI infrastructure.
Develop GTM strategies, pricing, packaging, and messaging.
Train and enable sales teams with collateral and technical docs.
Track performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
