PALO IT is seeking an AI Native Project Delivery Lead for Paris, owning end-to-end delivery from pre-sales to handover. You will drive AI-augmented innovation, ensure transparency, manage milestones, and unblock teams to deliver high-value outcomes.

You will mentor Gen-e delivery teams, step into Scrum Master or Product Owner roles when needed, and collaborate with accounts to secure sustainable project success. Remote-friendly arrangements apply depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience driving software delivery in Agile contexts.
• Experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner when needed.
• Comfortable advising clients on product management and backlog optimization.

Responsabilités

• Ensure project transparency by sharing clear KPIs with teams and clients.
• Lead project advancement by maintaining a clear view of requirements and milestones.
• Guarantee service quality by supporting delivery teams and resolving blockers.
• Be a trusted advisor for clients, building strategic partnerships aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with account management to oversee P&L and project success.
• Coordinate cross-stakeholder communication with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Drive reporting and governance, documenting progress, risks, and decisions.
• Lead collaborative workshops anchored in Gen-e practices to align objectives.
• Coach Gen-e delivery teams to raise development craft and continuous improvement.
• Advise clients on vision, backlog optimization, and value delivery.
