Your Missions

As we move in an environment which evolves very fast, you should expect your missions to change quickly. Here is a non-exhaustive list of the things you will do:

1. Voice AI Research and Improvement: You will contribute to the research and development of our voice AI, the automation of real estate management through generative AI solutions, performance optimization using NLP and machine learning, while collaborating with the product team and participating in strategic decisions to evolve Joe AI.
2. Continuous Optimization: You will focus on continuously optimizing application performance, reducing loading times, and ensuring maximum responsiveness in real-world conditions.
3. Client Support: You will work closely with product teams to quickly integrate user feedback and ensure smooth and efficient onboarding.
4. Component Modularity and Reusability: You will focus on creating reusable modular components for both frontend and backend. This approach is essential for building a scalable, maintainable codebase while reducing duplication and improving development efficiency.
5. API Development and Maintenance: You will design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable APIs, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

Back: Python, PostgreSQL, GCP & other cloud services.

AI: Mistral, OpenAI, Anthropic, Eleven Labs, Deepgram, QLoRA, Hugging Face.
