Job summary

Kharis Capital is expanding its AI and automation capability. You will design and ship multi-agent workflows that support portfolio monitoring, deal screening, market intelligence, and reporting, working hands-on with the investment team and senior members.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment with short feedback loops. You should be proficient in Python or TypeScript, have hands-on experience with agent frameworks, and be capable of integrating LLMs with enterprise

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph or LlamaIndex Workflows.
• Professional level Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs (Slack, Microsoft Graph, CRMs, REST services).

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-agent workflows used by the investment team.
• Collaborate with Partners and senior team members with fast feedback loops.
• Work on portfolio monitoring, deal screening, market intelligence and reporting.
