About The Role

Novutech is committed to leveraging AI to transform our business operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation across our organization. We are seeking an AI Enablement Manager to coordinate AI initiatives across departments, manage implementation projects, and ensure successful adoption of AI technologies. This role is vital in fostering a culture that embraces AI to create competitive advantages for Novutech and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of AI within Novutech, ensuring the organization stays at the forefront of automation and innovation.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and efficiency gains.
Research and evaluate AI tools and platforms to improve our automation capabilities.
Develop and implement AI solutions to automate processes across Novutech's operations.
Collaborate with departments to align AI initiatives with business goals and ensure smooth integration.
Develop change management strategies and training programs to promote AI adoption and literacy.
Create documentation of AI systems, processes, and automations for knowledge transfer.
Establish KPIs to measure AI initiatives' impact and refine approaches based on outcomes.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or related fields.
Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make, n8n, Zapier).
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and automation tools.
Experience with platforms like Dust, Claude, or other enterprise AI solutions.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent project management skills with cross-functional leadership experience.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategies.
Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Python, SQL, or other programming/query languages.
Knowledge of CRM systems and enterprise software integrations.
Background in change management methodologies.
Additional European language skills.
Experience with AI in finance or consulting sectors.
