Job summary

Singulier seeks a Senior Manager to grow its AI, data & technology advisory practice. You will lead due diligence, value creation and transformation engagements for PE clients and portfolio companies, manage senior client relationships and help shape practice growth.

You will collaborate with Private Equity funds, executives, founders and C-level stakeholders, driving strategic, operational and technology decisions to unlock value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, CS, data science, information systems or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in strategy/technology consulting, AI advisory, or private equity support.
• Proven experience leading technology due diligence engagements.
• Strong leadership in transformation and value creation programs.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and influencing executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology, Digital, Data and AI due diligence engagements for PE clients.
• Assess architectures, orgs, product operating models and delivery capabilities.
• Evaluate AI maturity, operating models, GenAI adoption and value creation opportunities.
• Identify growth, productivity and margin improvement via AI, data and tech.
• Develop investment recommendations and executive-level deliverables.
• Present findings to investment teams, boards and executives.
• Contribute to post-acquisition value creation planning and portfolio transformation.
• Help shape Singulier's due diligence methodologies and market positioning.
• Lead AI, data and technology transformation programs for corporate/PE-backed clients.
• Define AI/GenAI strategies, operating models and governance frameworks.
• Identify and scale high-value AI use cases; design transformation roadmaps.
• Advise on technology strategy, operating models and org transformation.
• Drive deployment of AI-enabled product and customer experience initiatives.
• Lead client leadership, business development and partnership activities.
