Shippeo, a leading European SaaS company transforming supply chain visibility, is seeking a Support Engineer in Paris on a hybrid basis. You will bridge customers, product engineering and customer success to accelerate issue resolution and improve platform reliability.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in technical SaaS support, extensive API/database problem solving, and experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, and tooling like Postman or DBeaver.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a technical SaaS support role.
• Experience querying databases, analyzing logs, and debugging integrations.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and resolve complex tier-2 user issues requiring deep platform knowledge.
• Build AI workflows and scripting to automate diagnostics and reduce manual tasks.
• Lead incident response during platform incidents and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Update help centers and train support teams to improve autonomy.
