Proficiency in Rhino and Revit, plus AutoCAD, is essential, with a mindset to embed AI into practice. You will join cross-functional teams and translate regulatory constraints into buildable plans.

Qualifications

• Must have an architecture degree and 3–4 years in an agency, preferably in residential projects.
• Proficient in Rhino and Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD expected.
• Interest in integrating digital tools and AI into architectural practice.

Responsabilités

• Analyze urban planning documents and derive project assumptions.
• Develop massing options, circulation principles and site/building capacity.
• Check and correct tool outputs; explain fixes and rationale.
• Develop project from feasibility to schematic design phase; produce graphics.
• Arbitrate between scenarios respecting program, regulatory, and economic constraints.
• Collaborate with product, tech and real estate teams to improve tools.
