Job summary

Harmattan AI is seeking a Product Operations Intern in Paris to structure, monitor, and optimize P&P operations. You will identify AI-powered workflows, prototype dashboards, and help deploy an AI-driven product and competitive intelligence tool.

You’ll support product data, catalog maintenance, and configuration management with a rigorous, AI-focused approach. Ideal candidates are in the final or penultimate year of a Master's degree, have hands-on AI tool experience, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Education: final or penultimate year of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools as part of daily workflow; curiosity to experiment, and the reflex to ask if AI can do it better.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• AI Productivity Leverage: identify bottlenecks and design AI-powered workflows for reporting and data structuring.
• Design and deploy an AI-powered product and competitive intelligence tool with dashboards and briefs.
• Maintain weekly dashboards and KPIs, leveraging AI and automation.
• Contribute to PLM deployment: data models, migration, and feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a global product catalog with data consistency.
• Support configuration management for hardware and software with engineering teams.
• Assist in IT tooling selection and standardization for the P&P team.
• Provide ad hoc Product and Program support as needed.
