Job summary

Alan invites experienced full-stack engineers to join the Everyone Can Build crew and help develop AI-native infrastructure, agent tooling, and developer workflows for a health-tech platform used across Europe. You’ll collaborate with product teams to ship reliable features and elegant interfaces for both engineers and non-engineers.

We value ownership, collaboration, and the ability to deliver impactful software. English fluency is required; French is not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal platforms, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Experience with LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools is a strong plus.
