Job summary

Alan is building the Ops AI Platform to empower operations with autonomous AI agents and scalable tooling across internal tools. You’ll shape architecture, product direction, and the foundation for a platform powering thousands of tasks daily.

You’ll join a team at ground zero, collaborating with product engineers and ML engineers to deliver safe, scalable AI capabilities. English proficiency is required; French is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full-stack software engineering and systems architecture.
• Experience with ML or ML Ops is a big plus.
• Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used and impactful.
• Self-directed and pragmatic, with collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures and deploy results to production.
• Implement new capabilities for AI agents and tooling to automate operations.
• Scale the system from dozens to tens of thousands of tasks.
• Influence system architecture and code quality; mentor engineers and contribute to culture and hiring.
