Teamwill Group in France is seeking an AI‑enabled Data Engineer to join the Data Migration & Quality practice. You will design and build data pipelines that move data from legacy sources to modern architectures, ensuring auditable migrations with robust logging and versioned code.

Apply AI and LLMs to mapping, planning and testing, implement schema evolution, data‑quality rules and reconciliation processes, and collaborate with analysts, architects and engineers across engagements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building production data pipelines, including at least one large-scale data migration or platform modernization project.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; comfortable writing tests for data pipelines and treating data-quality checks as code.
• Practical experience with schema as code and versioning tooling and with PostgreSQL at production scale.
• Experience with containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including LLMs, in engineering workflows and responsible governance of AI-generated code.
• Professional fluency in English; professional French for roles based in France or Tunisia.

Responsabilités

• Design and build data pipelines that extract, transform, and load data from legacy sources into a target platform.
• Own schema evolution and versioned migrations, defining access controls and working with Security/Infrastructure teams.
• Design and run data reconciliation and dual-run cutover processes to prove migration correctness.
• Build and enforce data-quality controls as an automated part of every migration.
• Apply AI to migration mapping, test planning, and anomaly detection; develop AI-assisted tooling with human review.
