Job summary

OPmobility SE in France is seeking a Master’s student (Bac+5) in Mechanical Engineering for a 6-month internship in the Engineering Product Validation Department, focused on evaluating and implementing AI approaches for structural analysis of tailgates and bumpers.

You will build a project-specific database, run static Abaqus simulations or Radioss crashes to create training data, train 3D geodesic CNN models, and deploy and test them in the end-user application.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CAE and Deep Learning required.
• Very good command of Python and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and create a database tailored to study requirements.
• Perform static simulations using Abaqus or crash simulations with Radioss.
• Train 3D geodesic convolutional models based on AI.
• Deploy models and evaluate performance in end-user applications.
