WhiteLab Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Business Development data-driven professional in Paris to enhance CRM management in HubSpot, build pipelines dashboards, and identify opportunities for strategic alliances in genomics. You will tailor value propositions by client segment and contribute to AI-powered BD tooling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure impact, improve targeting quality, and accelerate growth in the AI-driven biotech space.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Data Science or related field; strong AI tools interest.
Life sciences background preferred, biotech/pharma exposure a plus.
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM data, dashboards, and KPIs.
Proficiency in building dashboards and reporting (HubSpot/Excel/BI tools).
Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude) and interest in building AI agents.
Good command of Excel/spreadsheets for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication in French and English; ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

CRM management and optimization in HubSpot; build dashboards for pipeline and KPIs.
Prospect identification and qualification; define targeting criteria and scoring processes.
Adapt value propositions by customer segments; tailor sales materials.
Develop AI agents to automate BD tasks and meeting prep; integrate with HubSpot and tools.
