Bain & Company, a global leader in AI-driven business transformation, is seeking an AI Engineering Intern in Paris. You will work on GenAI applications, deploy AI pipelines, and collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and consultants to deliver production-ready solutions.

This learning-first role offers close mentorship, frequent feedback, and increasing responsibility within Bain’s AIS team, with opportunities to engage with major enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/ML/AI or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs or services.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop GenAI applications using modern LLM stacks.
• Implement AI pipelines, including RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings.
• Build agent capabilities with context management and tool integration.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to APIs and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI systems.
• Ensure responsible AI practices and governance.
