Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft seeks an AI, Data & Digital Transformation Expert for its Corporate Audit team based in Toulouse, France. You will design and deploy AI agents, advanced data analytics, and governance-compliant solutions to accelerate digital transformation and strengthen audit integrity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive use-case maturation from ideation to deployment, and develop data models, dashboards, and automated audit analytics routines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, AI, CS or related fields.
• Proven mastery of Python, SQL and data analytics tools.
• Experience with AI governance, GDPR and digital transformation.
• Background in internal audit analytics or similar domains.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross‑functional, international teams.

Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an AI, Data & Digital Transformation Expert (f/m) to join our Corporate Audit department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a functional, multicultural, and transnational team driving the digital evolution of our audit operations. As part of the Corporate Audit function, you will be involved in developing AI agents and advanced data analytics solutions aiming at accelerating digital transformation and supporting the integrity of our global activities.

Your challenges:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and reusable digital solutions for audit teams in compliance with AI Governance and GDPR.
• Support use case maturation from ideation to deployment (continuous auditing, automated working papers), including business case tracking.
• Develop data models, dashboards, and statistical analyses to script and execute automated audit analytics routines.
• Coordinate solution implementation across IT, digital, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.
• Define maintenance, lifecycle management, and governance frameworks for deployed audit analytics and AI tools.

Your boarding pass:

• Significant professional experience (5+ years) in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related technical domains.
• Proven technical mastery of Python, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Power BI, Google Workspace, Gemini, and AI/LLM frameworks.
• Background in Digital Transformation projects and/or Internal Audit analytics.
• Demonstrated agility to rapidly master complex regulatory frameworks (export control, trade laws).
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English and ability to thrive in a collaborative, transnational environment.
