emagine is looking for a Business Analyst specialised in AI to join the Data Intelligence Platform team within Transformation and Innovation. The BA will serve as the day-to-day interface between Business Units and the development team, structuring requirements and enriching the backlog to support MVP delivery and subsequent releases.

Location: Paris. Start date: ASAP. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in finance and asset management, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering digital, data or AI solutions.
• Experience in finance and asset management.
• Sound knowledge of agile principles and Scrum.
• Strong analytical skills, clear written documentation, and ability to facilitate workshops.
• Full Professional working proficiency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Organise and facilitate interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, pain points and information needs.
• Document each use case, its scope, expected benefits, assumptions, constraints, and success measures. Identify common needs across Business Units that can be served by reusable platform features.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured and testable requirements for developers.
• Write epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria and relevant examples.
• Continuously create, enrich and refine the product backlog.
• Identify the documents and data needed for each use case with business and data owners.
• Define functional test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain clear communication between Business Units, the Product Owner, and the delivery team.
• Collect user feedback and monitor agreed measures.
