Abbeal is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI and process digitalisation projects for a major European bank near Paris (Créteil area). The role involves gathering requirements, modelling processes, and leading UAT within Agile environments.

You will work with consulting teams on large accounts, leveraging BPMN/UML, JIRA and Confluence, and you will need fluency in French and professional English. This is a permanent contract in the Paris region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in banking or finance.
• Consulting experience on large accounts.
• Banking systems: core banking, payments, compliance (AML, GDPR, Basel III/IV).
• UML, BPMN, use cases, user stories; Scrum or SAFe.
• Genuine interest in AI applied to finance.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilités

Scope and drive AI and process digitalisation projects at a major European bank near Paris. Permanent contract, long-term assignment.

A major European bank is using AI to transform its business processes: automation, scoring, regulatory compliance, customer journeys. You join a community of 40+ consultants already on site, near Paris (Créteil).

Context

High-impact transformation projects run in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) with IT, Product Owners, business leadership and compliance. Long-term assignments with real visibility.

The role
