Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a six-month internship in its Paris or Bordeaux offices to join the Mirakl Labs Ads team. You will work within a cross-functional squad including a Senior Engineering Manager, a Product Manager, software engineers, and a QA Engineer to develop an AI-powered testing agent.

You will design and execute test scenarios, write and run test cases, and benchmark different approaches while learning from seasoned engineers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.
• First hands-on development experience through internship, project, apprenticeship or personal project.
• Good understanding of a programming language.
• Proficient in working with LLMs and developing agents.
• Appreciation for software quality best practices: testing, clean code, design patterns.
• Strong team player with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of an AI agent that autonomously generates and executes test scenarios for new features, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Help design, write, and run test cases to evaluate the agent’s performance.
• Explore different technical approaches and benchmark results.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and QA team members.
