Edflex is seeking an AI Agent Orchestration Specialist to orchestrate internal AI agents, translate business needs into automated workflows, and drive measurable impact across teams. You will design, prototype and ship agents that automate internal processes and client-facing scenarios, connecting KPIs to real productivity gains.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AI/automation in a B2B SaaS setting, strong API/SDK skills, and the ability to work with non-technical teams to implement scalable AI

• Prioritise and deploy AI use cases from tracker; design, prototype and ship AI agents.
• Integrate agents across the Edflex ecosystem: HubSpot, Planhat, Slack, APIs.
• Architect multi-agent workflows combining curation, recommendation and analytics agents.
• Define human-in-the-loop patterns for critical decisions and outputs.
• Collaborate with COO, CTO and business teams to translate needs into agent instructions.
• Measure business impact: time saved, leads, client satisfaction, churn reduction.
• Define quality, security and compliance standards (GDPR, data handling) for agents.
• Lead technology watch and arbitrate the agent roadmap with leadership.

As AI Agent Orchestration Specialist, your main objective will be to orchestrate Edflex’s AI agents — translating the needs of our business teams (CSM, Learning, Tech & Product, Sales, Support) into automated, multi-agent workflows — and drive measurable impact across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be…

• Prioritise and deploy AI use cases — from our AI tracker (ARR/productivity impact), you will design, prototype and ship AI agents: internal automations, client-facing agents, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Integrate agents across the Edflex ecosystem — connect agents with HubSpot, Planhat, Slack, our SaaS platform and internal APIs to create seamless, end-to-end automation.

• Architect multi-agent workflows — build pipelines combining e.g. a curation agent, a recommendation agent, and an analytics agent; set up guardrails, monitoring and audit logging.

• Define human-in-the-loop patterns for critical decisions and ensure the consistency and quality of agent outputs in production.

• Work hand-in-hand with every team to turn business expertise into agent instructions; train and upskill colleagues on AI-augmented ways of working.

• Measure and communicate business impact — time saved, leads generated, client satisfaction improvements, churn reduction.

• Define quality, security and compliance standards for agents (GDPR, client data) and own the performance monitoring framework (accuracy, latency, API costs).

• Lead active tech watch and propose/arbitrate the agent roadmap in collaboration with the COO and CTO.

For this role, you will work in close collaboration with the COO, CTO, and all business teams (CSM, Learning, Sales, Tech & Product, Support).

Key skills we’re looking for in our future AI Agent Orchestration Specialist :To succeed in this role, we expect the following skills from our future colleague:Solid experience with AI orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGenHands-on knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) and advanced prompt engineeringProficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools: n8n, Make, ZapierProgramming skills in Python and/or TypeScript; familiarity with CI/CD and AWSExperience with B2B SaaS environments (edtech or HR tech a strong plus)Autonomous and driven, you have an exceptional ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. You have experience working cross-functionally with non-technical teams and are known for your process engineering skills, change management mindset, and clear, synthetic communication. You thrive on proactivity and ownership.You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including 1 to 2 years on LLM or AI automation projects, in a B2B SaaS environment. Your background might be as a business analyst, technical PM, solutions engineer or automation engineer who has grown into AI — what matters is the combination of business acumen and technical execution.
