Metyis is seeking an AI Acceleration Architect to join the AI & Data Migration Team in Porto. The role combines software engineering, AI engineering, and leadership to accelerate SAP migration, data platform modernization, and delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with SAP architects, Data Engineering, BI, CloudOps, and Governance teams to embed AI into migration delivery and to build scalable automation patterns across enterprise domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, data engineering, automation, or AI-enabled enterprise delivery.
• Strong software development background with hands-on experience designing and building production-grade applications, APIs, or automation platforms.
• Experience leading software development teams or acting as a staff/principal engineer for large teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and implementation of AI-assisted automation solutions for SAP migration and data platform modernization.
• Define the AI acceleration roadmap, architecture, reusable patterns and delivery standards for AI-enabled migration.
• Design AI agents, copilots, automation workflows, and orchestration patterns to support technical analysis and migration execution.
• Lead software development teams in building AI-enabled automation solutions and guide multiple developers across backend, data, AI, and DevOps workstreams.
