Qualifications

We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the Dim Sum station, overseeing the production and preparation.
  2. Maintain consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
  3. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station.
  4. Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of dishes.
  5. Supervise and train kitchen staff, inspiring excellence and fostering a positive work environment.
  6. Contribute creative ideas and recommendations for menu development and improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Dim Sum Chef in a reputable Chinese restaurant.
  2. Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, with HACCP certification preferred.
  3. Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Chinese dialects is a plus.
  4. Diploma degree in Culinary or certified equivalent professional training in a related major. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
