Overview

Agricultural Operation (Hydroponic Grower & Trainer - Bali Based) — We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced hydroponic grower to manage our hydroponic operations and train our in-house gardening team. This role ensures consistent crop quality, efficient system management, and skill transfer to existing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of hydroponic operations including nutrient solutions, pH/EC balance, and crop monitoring.
  • Inspect and maintain hydroponic systems (pumps, irrigation, lighting, and climate controls).
  • Oversee planting, germination, crop growth cycles, and harvesting schedules.
  • Identify and address pests, diseases, or environmental issues.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for daily operations.
  • Provide training and mentorship for staff to build hydroponic expertise.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with hydroponic systems (NFT, DWC, ebb & flow, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of nutrient chemistry, water management, and plant health.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive system management.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Degree or certification in agriculture, horticulture, or plant science preferred but not required.
  • Must based in Bali
