We have four (4) openings for “IT Architects & Integrators (m/f/d)” in Elancourt.

Your overall mission: As part of a team dedicated to the Public Safety market segment, your key focus will be serving customers in the Public Safety environment.

Your detailed mission:

1. Create future-proof system architectures for our highly interconnected 4G/5G communication solutions.
2. Define competitive end-to-end solutions together with top experts from different teams in an international environment.
3. Ensure that our solutions integrate smoothly into our customers’ IT environments.
4. Within our dynamic and agile team, ensure robustness, performance, and security aspects within the architecture design.
5. Identify dependencies and drive technical requirements clarification with stakeholders across customers, Airbus, and Tier1s to ensure a coherent end-to-end solution.

Competencies:

1. Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in enterprise network technologies and working in complex IT environments.
2. Sound understanding of virtualization techniques and hypervisor environments.
3. Experience in scripting, automation, and application performance management.
4. Strong system-level troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve high-level scalability and performance issues.
5. Awareness of security threats and relevant security knowledge.
6. Excellent communication skills to address needs and propose solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
7. Experience in the Public Safety industry is an advantage.
8. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or Communications.
9. Strong customer orientation.
10. Creative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
11. Analytical, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
12. Willingness to work as a team player in a highly collaborative and fast-evolving international environment.
13. Fluent in English & French; profound knowledge of French is appreciated.
