Zusammenfassung

IXO is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to create sprint-planning, backlog, impediment and retrospective cases. You will explain facilitation decisions within the team context and evaluate whether agile guidance supports delivery and healthy team dynamics.

The role requires at least 2 years leading software delivery with full ceremony-cycle experience, clear English, and a commitment of at least 10 hours per week. Certifications like CSM, PSM or SAFe are preferred.

Develop sprint-to-retrospective cases, explain facilitation decisions and evaluate whether agile guidance respects team dynamics and delivery realities.

• At least 2 years leading software delivery as a scrum master or agile delivery lead, with full ceremony-cycle experience.
• Depth in backlog work, impediments and coaching, clear English and at least 10 hours weekly; CSM/PSM/SAFe, scaling or technical-team background are preferred.

Pay: $74 $116/hr.

Schedule: Availability of at least 10 hours weekly.

Pay range: $74 $116/hr. All amounts are in USD. The selected track, exact rate, deliverables and schedule are agreed with IXO before work begins. The rates describe different specialist assignments, not a guarantee that every applicant receives the highest rate.
