Jobtailor in Île-de-France, Issy-les-Moulineaux area seeks an experienced Agile Coach specialized in SAFe to lead cloud-solution implementation coaching and release train engineering. You will train teams, guide agile maturity, and coach the RTE while aligning with SAFe practices.

Active collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving methodological excellence, and ensuring successful deployments in a SAFe environment. ICP-ACC and SAFe SPC are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of experience
• Significant experience with SAFe and agile coaching (over 7 years)
• Proficiency with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Teams
• Key certifications: ICP-ACC (Agile Coach)
• SAFe Program Consultant (highly desirable)
