Job Description:

We are seeking an Agile Business Analyst to join our team working with a banking industry partner. You will collaborate with value realization leads, managers, project sponsors, technology architects, and development teams. Your main responsibility will be to create and manage epics, stories, and Agile artifacts, ensuring solutions meet client needs within the R&C and WoMC BoW frameworks.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive the delivery of user requirements throughout the project lifecycle to go-live.
2. Ensure delivered functionality integrates seamlessly into Customer Journeys.
3. Support the Product Owner in developing the Product roadmap, creating epics, and managing the product backlog.
4. Deliver solutions aligned with strategic visions and roadmaps.
5. Build strong communication and collaboration with team members.
6. Identify and manage risks proactively, developing mitigation plans.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial setting.
• Expertise in Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms.
• Knowledge of platforms and processes supporting the Line of Business.
• Fluency in English.
