For our customer, a major management consultancy, we are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

This position is ideally based in Paris and requires French speaking skills, but we will accept remote candidates within the EU.

What You’ll Do :

1. Design and implement agentic AI architectures for dynamic task environments using frameworks like AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, MetaGPT, or similar.
2. Integrate LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) into multi-agent systems with persistent memory, tools, and planning capabilities.
3. Develop and fine-tune reasoning agents that interact with APIs, databases, vector stores, and real-world systems.
4. Architect tool-using agents that can browse, retrieve, write code, summarize, and collaborate.
5. Collaborate with frontend/backend developers and product designers to ship prototypes and demos rapidly.
6. Contribute to system design, scalability, observability, and prompt strategies across complex agent workflows.
7. Stay current with the latest research in autonomous agents and operationalize novel methods.
