CybelAngel in Paris is seeking a hands-on Data Science / AI / CyberOps Internship starting September 2026, working directly with the CEO, CTPO, cybersecurity analysts, and the product team to prototype GenAI automations and AI agents for CyberOps workflows.

This role emphasizes rapid prototyping, AI-assisted coding, and experimenting with AI-driven prototypes to streamline operations. 3–6 month duration with a monthly compensation of €1,350 and meal card support.

About The Role

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy Data Science / AI / CyberOps Internship working directly with the CEO, CTPO, Cybersecurity Analysts, and Product Team. The primary objective is to experiment, rapidly prototype, and build GenAI-driven automations and AI agents to streamline CybelAngel's CyberOps workflows.

Main Missions & Responsibilities

• CyberOps Automation: Identify manual operational and analysis tasks within CyberOps that can be automated using AI.
• Rapid Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Build and experiment with rapid AI-driven prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code and related modern dev tools).
• AI Agents & Workflows: Explore and design workflow automations leveraging LLMs, APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and orchestration tools.
• Testing & Iteration: Continuously test, refine, and improve prototypes based on operational feedback.
• Strategic Recommendations: Provide structured technical feedback, insights, and recommendations to leadership and product teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills

• AI-Assisted Coding: Comfortable using tools like Claude Code or similar agentic coding assistants.
• Programming & APIs: Basic to intermediate skills in Python (preferred), with a solid understanding of APIs, JSON, and data flows.
• LLM Engineering: Familiarity with prompting, evaluating, and iterating on Large Language Models.
• Analytical Background: Background in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Cybersecurity Interest: Understanding or strong interest in cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Autonomous, proactive, and execution-oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced experimentation.
• Resourceful problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
