Job description

Perform maintenance work on equipment, installations, and buildings.

Tasks / working conditions

• Install and secure the work perimeter (identify risks related to intervention and apply existing procedures to protect oneself)
• Prepare equipment and work area
• Prepare for intervention considering history and technical procedures
• Perform preparatory work for specialized interventions
• Adjust, install, and commission specific equipment
• Ensure maintenance
• Identify risks related to intervention and apply safety procedures
• Perform routine maintenance of tools and equipment
• Monitor the state of the building, installations, and equipment, and alert if necessary
• Participate in stock assessment and identify needs for material and consumables
• Assist in handling materials and equipment
• Sort waste from interventions according to defined procedures
• Update intervention tracking documents
• Participate in safety equipment checks (smoke extraction, fire extinguisher, alarm)
• Check personal protective equipment
• Participate in maintenance of technical rooms
• Contribute to maintaining and improving the living environment
• Maintain and troubleshoot sanitary and electrical installations
• Manage vehicle maintenance for the establishment
