Position: Technical Agent

Reporting to the Technical Director and his Deputy, the Technical Agent actively participates in the maintenance of all technical installations, equipment, and buildings of the establishment.

Main Missions:

1. Perform daily work necessary for restoring installations.
2. Participate in predictive and preventive maintenance of installations through planned interventions, with or without external companies.
3. Alert superiors about minor or major incidents with daily diagnostics and implement initial safety measures to prevent accidents or damages.
4. Follow procedures regarding flow management, consumables, and environmental practices.
5. Work on all types of materials: plumbing, wood, aluminum, etc., and equipment: light bulbs, faucet joints, broken handles, doors not closing properly, etc.
6. Conduct troubleshooting for fire alarm triggers.
7. Assist in pool maintenance supporting the pool team.
