Job Title: Agent/Technicien de maintenance (H/F)

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in ensuring customer comfort by adapting interventions to their expectations.
• Perform minor repairs and follow the guidelines, handling unforeseen issues.
• Anticipate and address any malfunctions of technical installations.
• Implement corrective action plans communicated by the technical manager.
• Follow the preventive maintenance plan.
• Adhere to water hygiene procedures.
• Apply the policies and procedures defined by the brand and hotel.
• Represent the Heartist spirit in customer interactions.

Sales and Customer Relations:

• Know the hotel services, inform customers about their requests, and encourage their use.

Management and Collaboration:

• Work closely with other hotel departments.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Follow legionellosis procedures.
• Maintain compliance with the AccorHotels environmental charter.
• Keep the workspace clean and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Know and follow procedures for fire evacuation.
• Demonstrate ethical and social responsibility in activities.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience in building maintenance is an asset.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and conflict management.
• Responsible and reliable.
