Qualifications

• Expérience dans la gestion des flux de marchandises et le contrôle de conformité.
• Capacité à utiliser des chariots élévateurs et à gérer les stocks.

Responsabilités

• Réception et vérification des marchandises entrantes.
• Préparation des commandes et emballage des produits.
• Surveillance de l'état des installations de production.

To carry out activities related to managing flows of goods, from reception and storage to routing to the relevant departments, picking, packing, packaging and shipping in accordance with the cost, quality, safety and lead times set, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction. To contribute to all logistics chain operations, which may vary depending on the organizational structure of each site.

Scope of Activities

1. Receive incoming goods and products, check the delivery for compliance (physical, administrative, IS, etc.)
2. Pick products in accordance with the order preparation instructions and make up packages, batches, etc.
3. Check the operating and safety status of the production facilities and equipment
4. Load packages and move them to the shipping, storage or production area
5. Complete the order follow-up forms and send a report for damaged products or defective equipment
6. Keep working areas clean and tidy, and take care of the equipment provided to ensure that the working environment remains safe
7. List and report any faults detected to your line manager
8. Operate a machine/vehicle requiring a permit (forklift truck, trailer tugs, etc.)
9. Distribute components internally to the departments concerned
10. Pack goods and products in accordance with their characteristics, orders and mode of transportation
11. Monitor inventory status
12. Count product part numbers and record them
13. Conduct rolling inventories
14. Prepare and track shipments
15. Declare hazardous products (depending on the site concerned).
