Responsibilities:

To manage flows of goods, from reception and storage to routing to relevant departments, including picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, safety, and lead time standards, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction. To support all logistics chain operations, which may vary depending on the organizational structure of each site.

Scope of Activities:

1. Receive incoming goods and products, verify delivery compliance (physical, administrative, IS, etc.)
2. Pick products according to order instructions and prepare packages, batches, etc.
3. Check the operating and safety status of production facilities and equipment
4. Load packages and transport them to shipping, storage, or production areas
5. Complete order follow-up forms and report damaged products or defective equipment
6. Maintain clean and tidy work areas and ensure equipment is well cared for to keep the environment safe
7. Identify and report faults to the line manager
8. Operate machines/vehicles requiring permits (forklift, trailer tugs, etc.)
9. Distribute components internally to relevant departments
10. Pack goods according to their characteristics, orders, and transportation mode
11. Monitor inventory status
12. Count product part numbers and record data
13. Prepare and track shipments
