Family of professions: Finance > Financial management and engineering

Grade(s) sought: Principal Administrative Assistant, 1st class

Open to contractual workers: Yes, as an exception compared to civil servant applications
A contractual worker can be recruited for this position for service needs or due to the nature of the functions when no application from a civil servant has been successful. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum of six years.

Working hours: Part-time, 17.5 hours per week

Job Description

Main mission of the service: The Finance - Accounting Service is composed of a Service Director and 6 Accounting Agents responsible for monitoring expenses across all services of Terre d'Emeraude Community.

Position placement: The Accounting Management Agent will be under the authority of the Service Director, with whom they will work closely.

Training and Experience

Experience preferred in a similar role
BAC / BAC+2

Working Conditions and Compensation

Weekly working hours: 17.5 hours
Location: Orgelet
Resources provided: PC and software
Salary: statutory + allowance scheme + social benefits + meal vouchers (after 6 months of seniority)

Responsibilities / Working Conditions

Main mission, purpose or finality of the position: The accounting management agent handles the accounting processing of current expenses and revenues, and manages relations with users, suppliers, or service providers.

Tasks and activities:

  • Assess the validity of supporting documents
  • Control invoices
  • Classify, archive accounting documents
  • Prepare mandates and revenue titles
  • Enter invoices and mandates
  • Maintain tracking dashboards
  • Manage third-party files in a database
  • Monitor the execution of various emissions (mandates and titles)
  • Identify rejection causes and analyze them
  • Manage subscriber files and sanitation billing
  • Manage a revenue collection system
