Job Details

The City of Dol de Bretagne is hiring an agent responsible for maintaining the cultural center (Media library, play library, and performance hall) and school catering.

Responsibilities / Working conditions

• Routine cleaning of the cultural center, media library, and play library:
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning tables, shelves, bins
• Cleaning staff offices
• Emptying trash, caring for plants
• Collecting items from the return box on Mondays

• Sanitary facilities and common areas:
• Cleaning and disinfecting toilets and sinks
• Managing dispensers (products, paper)
• Proactively managing cleaning supplies with the service manager

• Storage areas maintenance:
• Managing yellow bins
• Cleaning floors

• Glass surfaces:
• Entrance doors and tunnel glass (large cleaning of windows is outsourced twice a year due to volume and height)

Secondary tasks

• Participation in specific events (as compensation or paid overtime):
• Setting up rooms (tables, chairs)
• Assisting at the end-of-event reception
• Organizing spaces
• Welcoming participants

• Archive storage maintenance:
• Cleaning floors
• Dusting shelves without moving boxes due to volume

• Support for other buildings as needed:
• Performing similar tasks elsewhere

• Family room and Eléonore Daubrée:
• Property inspections
