About the role

The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security of the facility, reporting to the Assistant Security Manager and the Security Director. Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, proactive, creative, and a team player. Proficient in IT, remote surveillance, and physical security systems to protect people and property.

What you will do

• Discipline, availability, sense of service, and discretion
• Maintain a permanent presence at the security station (day and night if necessary).
• Follow and enforce safety rules concerning people and property on the premises. Ensure proper operation of fire protection equipment by conducting inspection rounds.
• Organize rounds to prevent and detect fire hazards, including in unoccupied premises (at night). Ensure hotel exits and entrances are kept clear day and night.
• Enforce fire regulations and direct rescue efforts until the fire department arrives. Intervene according to instructions received.
• Prevent entry of undesirable elements likely to disrupt hotel activities and limit theft or damage through attentive presence. Keep hotel exits and entrances clear.
• The above list is not exhaustive; your role requires adaptation to high activity situations and specific customer relationship management.

What we are looking for

You must possess the legal right to work in France, be fluent in French and English, and hold the French “Carte Professionnelle” and SSIAP 1 certifications.
