Responsabilités

• Prendre des commandes par téléphone avec un service personnalisé.

• Fournir des informations détaillées aux clients.
• Gérer les contrats des clients et les services après-vente.
• Vérifier les factures liées aux réservations.

Job Description

SRV-Quartier Libre, a tour operator based in Lyon-Villeurbanne, is seeking an Agent de Réservation to join their team. As an Agent de Réservation, you will be responsible for taking care of client reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reservation process.

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Taking orders over the phone and ensuring that clients receive personalized service.
• Finalizing reservations via email and verifying that all details are accurate.
• Providing detailed information to clients, both professional and individual, to meet their needs.
• Managing client contracts, including after-sales service, modifications, cancellations, and other requests.
• Verifying invoices related to reservations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong sense of customer service and flexibility in decision-making.
• Good resistance to stress and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English is an asset.
• Previous experience in reservation management and/or the tourism industry is a plus.

Offer:

• Salary: 1840€ to 1910€ per month, plus bonuses.
• Contract: CDI, 35 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
