Job Description:

We are recruiting a Planning Agent (M/F) on a permanent contract to perform the following tasks:

On-site responsibilities
  • Organize the forecasted schedule of upcoming projects,
  • Validate projects in terms of compliance and availability of human and material resources,
  • Ensure team leaders are aware of work instructions (methods, risk analysis, prevention plan, visit report),
  • Ensure tasks and directives are followed and compliant,
  • Ensure compliance with European social regulations, labor legislation, and internal policies (CSR),
  • Initiate project start-up (safety, administrative, human resources, and material aspects),
  • Manage daily incidents and emergencies in coordination with sales and branch management.
Administrative responsibilities
  • Monitor staff absences (leave, RTT, sick leave, accidents),
  • Prepare payroll prepayments by gathering variable payroll components,
  • Maintain client files,
  • Control tachographs: analyze and categorize data,
  • Understand and manage fixed and variable costs of operations,
  • Analyze operational and profitability data.

The position is available as soon as possible on a permanent contract with a salary based on profile for 40 hours/week.

Profile required

You may be a good fit if:

  • You have approximately 3 years' experience in Transport or Livestock,
  • You are proficient with MS Office tools,
  • Training: BAC Level in Transport and Logistics,
  • Strong knowledge of Transport regulations,
  • Knowledge of NAVISIO is a plus.
