Job Description

Family of professions: Architecture, Building, and Logistics > Building Maintenance (all trades)

Grade(s) sought: Technical Assistant

Open to: Contractual staff, with priority for statutory recruitment

Note: Candidates not holding a public service competition grade can be recruited directly if they belong to an entry-level category C grade.

Working hours: Full-time

Management: No

Job purpose: To replace an agent retiring.

The new agent will report to the Head of the Technical Municipal Center.

Tasks / Working conditions: Performs maintenance and repair work (electricity, masonry, plastering/painting/tiling, plumbing/heating, metalwork, locksmithing, carpentry), either alone or under a supervisor.

Main activities include:

• Plumbing/Heating: Maintenance of sanitary installations, water point installations, fault detection and repair, installation of new systems, welding or crimping of installations.
• Masonry: Building walls or partitions, rendering, tiling.
• Plastering/Painting: Renders, chases, glazing, wall refurbishment, floor repairs.
• Electricity: Fault diagnosis, safety measures, troubleshooting, installation.
• Metalwork/Locksmithing: Maintenance, small repairs, installation of handrails, vents.
• Carpentry: Simple woodwork repairs or installations.
• Road painting: Marking on roads using paint or thermoplastic.

Participation in other trades' work (multiskilled).

Replacement of the agent responsible for outdoor game supervision during absence.

Specific requirements:

• Electrical certifications (mandatory)
• Driving license B (mandatory)
• Training in aerial work platform (desired)
• Training in scaffolding (desired)
• Soldering and crimping training
