Une entreprise internationale spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de papier recyclé recherche un Technicien de Maintenance Senior pour son site de Toulouse. Vous serez responsable de la maintenance électromécanique, en travaillant dans un environnement industriel dynamique, avec des valeurs humaines fortes.

Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée d'au moins 6 ans dans un rôle similaire.
• Connaissance de l'ingénierie électrique, de l'électromécanique, ou MEI/MSMA.
• Préférable expérience dans l'industrie du papier ou du carton.

Responsabilités

• Effectuer la maintenance préventive et corrective pour minimiser les temps d'arrêt.
• Planifier toutes les activités de maintenance préventive.
• Écrire des rapports techniques systématiques dans le CMMS.

Job Description:

Manpower Conseil en Recrutement Toulouse represents a European client involved in the development and manufacturing of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard, with over 9 years of experience. The group operates in four sectors: paper manufacturing, recyclable materials recovery, corrugated cardboard packaging production, and flexible packaging.

We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician (Electromechanical) for the Toulouse site (corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturing), on a permanent contract based in Portet/Garonne, working in 2*8 shifts. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join a team of 3 members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime while adhering to quality, productivity, and safety standards;
• Carrying out troubleshooting to limit production tool stoppages;
• Planning all preventive maintenance activities;
• Ensuring proper operation of peripheral equipment (boiler, compressor, water treatment station, baler, etc.);
• Implementing improvement work on-site and in the workshop;
• Writing systematic technical reports of interventions in the CMMS and managing stock levels;
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for the service and site (regular SQCD points).

Requirements include:

• Proven experience of at least 6 years in a similar role within an industrial environment;
• Background in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, electromechanics, MEI, or MSMA;
• Experience in the paper or cardboard industry is preferred.
