Une entreprise leader dans le développement et la fabrication de papier recyclé recherche un Technicien de Maintenance Senior (Électromécanique) pour son site à Toulouse. Vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive et corrective des outils de production, assurant ainsi la continuité de la production et le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité. Ce poste est ouvert aux candidats avec une expérience significative et offre un environnement de travail dynamique au sein d'un groupe international.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative d'au moins 6 ans dans un rôle similaire.
• Connaissance dans l'industrie du papier ou du carton est un plus.

Job Description:

Manpower Conseil en Recrutement Toulouse represents one of its clients, a European leader in the development and manufacturing of recycled paper for corrugated cardboard, with over 9 years of experience. The group operates in four sectors: paper manufacturing, recyclable material recovery, corrugated cardboard packaging production, and flexible packaging.

We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician (Electromechanical) H/F for the Toulouse site (corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturing), on a permanent contract based in Portet/Garonne, working in 2*8 shifts. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join a team of three. Your role will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance operations to minimize production downtime while respecting quality, productivity, and safety standards.

• Perform troubleshooting to limit production tool downtime
• Plan all preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure proper functioning of peripheral equipment (boiler, compressor, water treatment station, baler...)
• Implement improvement works on the production site and in the workshop
• Write technical reports of interventions systematically in the GMAO and monitor stock levels
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the service and site (regular SQCD points)

Qualifications include a Bac Pro or BTS in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, electromechanics, MEI or MSMA. Significant experience of at least 6 years in a similar role within an industrial environment is required. Experience in the paper or cardboard industry is a plus.
