The Department of Essonne is recruiting for its Transport and Mobility Department (DTM), specifically its Mobility Assistance Service (SAM):

an agent for managing mobility aids (administrative assistant job framework)

This position is part of the SAM team, responsible for two major areas:

  • Améthyste Device: transport packages for 17,000 beneficiaries with an annual budget of €3.2 million.
  • School transport assistance: over 27,000 students in Essonne for €5.3 million.

The service consists of 4 agents managing the Améthyste device, 2 customer relations officers for school aids, and 1 department head.

Responsibilities / Working Conditions

As a mobility aid management agent, you will handle all administrative and financial management of the Améthyste device, including:

  • Processing requests and renewals,
  • Following up on supporting documents and payments,
  • Welcoming and assisting users,
  • Participating in revenue management, including collecting user contributions.

Your missions will include:

  • Processing user requests via mail, email, or other means;
  • Managing files, verifying documents, requesting additional pieces, and archiving digitally;
  • Entering aid approvals into dedicated software and ensuring administrative follow-up;
  • Supporting users in their procedures and use of tele-services;
  • Participating in communication actions to promote mobility aid programs;
  • Handling cash operations as a deputy cashier under supervision;
  • Contributing to administrative simplification and promoting tele-service use.

Profiles Sought

You have successful experience in administrative management, preferably within a public administration. You are detail-oriented, methodical, and rigorous.

You are proficient with office tools like Word, Excel, Teams, etc.

You communicate effectively both in writing and verbally, demonstrate a strong sense of public service, and possess relational skills to communicate courteously. You respect confidentiality and can report effectively.

You are organized, autonomous, proactive, able to prioritize, and meet deadlines. You work well in a team and adapt to different interlocutors.

Conditions

Position based in Évry, starting June 1, 2025, within the administrative assistant framework, preferably via statutory pathway and alternatively contractually.

39 hours per week, 50 days of leave.

Statutory salary + additional allowances + annual bonuses + employer contribution to health and provident schemes + 75% of transportation costs + training access + CNAS access.

Remote work possible depending on service organization and after an adaptation period.
