Our agency in Grand Fougeray is recruiting new talents for the position of Manufacturing Operator (F/H).

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the production of products according to their characteristics based on formulation sheets.
2. Ensure the packaging of products according to their specifications.
3. Verify product conformity.
4. Check the operational status of machines and equipment, adjust settings.
5. Label products.
6. Organize your workstation, ensure cleaning and tidying.
7. Follow safety instructions (PPE).
8. Complete production documentation.
9. Handle heavy loads (material handling assistance).

Candidate Profile:

Position available immediately.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end of mission bonus + 10% paid leave.
• Group and/or individual bonuses + profit sharing + CET 5%.
