MEDICOOP FRANCE is recruiting for one of its cooperatives an Building Maintenance Agent on an interim basis for a Rehabilitation and Follow-up Care facility located in Roullet St Estephe.

1. Remuneration: €11.88/hour gross plus bonuses according to the agreement
2. Hours: 35 hours from Monday to Friday
3. Benefits: End-of-mission indemnity of 10%, paid leave of 10%, access to FASTT services for various aids (health insurance, housing, childcare, travel), possibility of CSE advance payments, mutual insurance.
4. Qualifications: CAP in Building Maintenance for Collectivities, Professional Title in Building Maintenance (Title IV), Bac Pro in Building Finishing and Arrangement, Electrical Habilitation BR and B0.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults in installations (lighting, heating, sanitary systems), checking electrical installations, repairing door handles, windows, and rails, verifying and maintaining sanitary, heating, and hot water systems, painting and applying varnishes and coatings, maintaining exteriors, managing stock levels, and defining supply needs.
