Job environment

Line manager: Team Leader

Responsibilities: To contribute to the management of goods flows by supervising the shipment of packages and goods, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, safety, and lead times, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction.

Scope of Activities

Activities include:

• Checking and printing documents for each delivery
• Ensuring traceability of goods via barcode recording
• Producing shipping documents for transportation contractors
• Acting as interface for goods shipments
• Reporting faults and advising on loaded goods
• Maintaining a safe, clean working environment
• Operating permit-requiring machines/vehicles
• Checking safety and operational status of facilities
• Performing warehouse operational tasks

Activities are adapted for employees on work/study contracts to align with their training.
