Jones Day, an international law firm located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, is looking for a dynamic and organized bilingual English-speaking receptionist (H/F).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Being the first point of contact for the firm, managing the telephone switchboard (receiving, screening, and transferring calls to the relevant contacts).
  • Welcoming visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Handling emails, receiving and sending parcels via courier.
  • Managing conference rooms and resetting them after use.
  • Managing taxis and badge loans.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven successful experience of at least two years in a similar role, ideally in a law firm.
  • Fluent in English and French, with impeccable spelling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service.
  • Well-presented, discreet, organized, versatile, proactive, and reactive, able to prioritize and handle unforeseen situations.
  • Good stress management skills and able to operate in a demanding environment.
  • Serious, motivated, a team player, and adaptable to firm procedures.
  • Proficient in office tools, especially Outlook.

The position is available immediately, full-time (35 hours/week), Monday to Friday. Working hours are organized in shifts of 7 hours per day, with a one-hour lunch break, between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
