Le candidat doit avoir une solide expérience en gestion et développer des stratégies pour maximiser la valeur après-vente à l'échelle mondiale. Your mission

Ensure reaching and exceeding all aftersales revenue targets globally. The role involves managing and aligning all regions under unified methodologies and strategies for Aftersales, with a focus on Software and Non-Software needs.

Responsibilities include :

  1. Developing global strategy to drive aftersales revenue through software products and services
  2. Prioritizing direct revenue growth to STLA via aftersales opportunities (e.g., predictive maintenance, residual value, used vehicles)
  3. Ensuring all regions maximize aftersales value with consistent revenue and governance schemes
  4. Achieving annual global aftersales revenue targets

Profile

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 12 years of overall experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with data visualization and deriving insights from datasets
  • Experience in growing new businesses with a startup mentality
  • Ability to quickly grasp new ideas and understand execution requirements
  • Understanding of regional and cultural nuances

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Understanding of automotive aftersales business
  • Expertise in Stellantis' Parts and Services & Mopar Business Lines
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Strategic and long-term thinking
  • Problem-solving attitude with minimal oversight
  • Quantitative skills (modeling, accounting rules, etc.)
