MG Motor France is seeking a Data analysis / Planning / Communication intern for the Aftersales department. You will coordinate with marketing, technical, quality service, and network teams to support after-sales activities.

The role offers exposure to analytics, CRM campaigns, and site content optimization within a fast-paced automotive environment. The internship focuses on data management, reporting, and proactive communication with the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or business school (gap year or end-of-study internship).
• Strong data analysis and processing ability; able to use analysis software and formulate insights.
• Fluent in English and French; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Data management: update, analyze, and report on MG Parts & Accessories performance.
• Support After-Sales communication strategy and CRM campaigns.
• Assist in optimizing MG France accessories site for attraction, conversion, and distribution.
• Back-office support for field teams and network requests on products and campaigns.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings with the aftersales team.
